A fine dining restaurant is seeking a well rounded General Manager for Its Modern American cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a sophisticated, business savvy General Manager with a desire to be part of a well established restaurant. We are seeking a candidate with fine dining experience and excellent wine knowledge.
Desired Requirements:
- The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a reputable, fine dining restaurant;
- Experience hiring and training staff;
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability;
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success;
- Candidate with experience managing $4-5 million restaurant is a plus;
- knowledge of International and domestic wines;
- Knowledge of private dining room events
- Must have fine dining experience.
- Working knowledge of Resy, Micros, tripleseat is preferable.
