DMK Burger Bar is hiring! We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front of House Manager.

DMK serves up the best award-winning burgers, hand cut fries, decadent milkshakes, local beer and crafted cocktails. Our newly remodeled bar and expanded dining room is now open and we need talented, dedicated hospitality professionals to welcome our neighbors and WOW our guests. We are located in the heart of Lakeview and has been featured on Guy Ferrari's Diners. Drive-Ins, & Dives on The Food Network and won many national and local awards for our food.

Established in 2009, DMK Burger Bar is the flagship location of DMK Restaurants. A beloved neighborhood gem and a Chicago destination for chef-driven, creative burgers exclusively featuring grass-fed beef. DMK is a fast-growing company with tremendous opportunities for long-term career investment. We invite you to join our team of hard-working, hospitality-driven individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

At least 2 years of experience at the management level (AGM or GM)
Dependable work ethic
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Experience with training and motivating the team
Passion for hospitality
Experience with beverage purchasing, product knowledge and costing
Experience writing schedules and adhering to target labor percentages
Time management skills
Thrives in a leadership position
Respected by their peers
Effective communication skills
Interest in more opportunity with growing company

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00) plus tips
