Host / Hostess

Gabriel Kreuther - a Relais & Chateaux property with two Michelin stars and three New York Times stars - is seeking  passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently interviewing for a Host  / Reservations position.

Gabriel Kreuther provides the opportunity to work in an authentic environment alongside some of the most genuine and talented people in the hospitality industry. The right candidate will commit to our mission of providing Alsatian inspired hospitality and fine dining from the heart, which is at the core of our values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests to ensure a great experience upon arrival
• Maintain status updates to assist with running the door efficiently
• Keep coat check organized
• Assist with private events hosting, as needed
• Work with Resy reservation systems
• Answer phones and provide information. Assist in making reservations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong desire to strive for excellence and with a dynamic team
• Effective communication
• Experience with Open Table and Resy preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities through focus, determination, and attention to detail with the goal of elevating the guest experience in every interaction.
