We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Keep all menus clean and organized
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
- Open the front door for guests when possible
- Record guest names and party sizes during peak times
- Manage the Resy System efficiently
- Locate and seat guest parties when tables become available
- Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
- Seat guests based on preferences and server station availability
- Understand and comply with all bottle service procedures
- Offer menus to seated guests and inform them of their server's name
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
- Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Work on your feet for extended periods
- Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- Lift and carry trays as needed
- Assist other Front of House (FOH) staff with various tasks
- Perform duties assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with health department sanitation requirements
- Prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages while on duty

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host in a high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a warm demeanor
- Familiarity with reservation systems (Resy experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods
