FARMSHOP (farmshopca.com) opened its first full-service restaurant and market in 2010 located at The Brentwood Country Mart, followed by a second location that opened in 2013 at the Marin Country Mart.
In 2016, FARMSHOP expanded its wholesale business by opening a bakery manufacturing commissary in Culver City. In Q1 2024, FARMSHOP will be doubling its capacity with a second 14,000 square foot production facility at the ROW in Downtown LA.
In addition, to Farmshop’s four operations within California, Farmshop’s portfolio of brands includes three retail bakery operations located in New York City. All three locations are branded as Vesuvio Bakery, the original location in SOHO is 104 years old.

Position Overview:
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurant.
- Effectively coordinate and control our Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to our departing Guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking our Guests to their table and engaging them along the way.
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements:
- Have an inviting personality.
- Able to communicate clearly with our guests.
- Be efficient and coordinate well with restaurant staff.
- Able to communicate verbally with guests
- Fine Dining experience a plus.
Qualifications:
- Be timely.
- Be pleasant.
- Be accommodating to all guests.
