Front of House Supervisor

Position Overview:

Blossom and Bourbon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As the FOH Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house staff, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.


  • Supervise Front of House Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
    • Ensure staff adherence to service standards and provide guidance to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Staff Management:
    • Schedule and coordinate FOH staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
    • Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing coaching for skill development.
    • Monitor staff performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with staff to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaboration with Kitchen and Bar Teams:
    • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
    • Relay customer feedback to the kitchen team for continuous improvement.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
    • Oversee inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, including utensils, napkins, and other service-related items.
    • Collaborate with management on ordering and restocking procedures.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
    • Conduct regular safety training for front-of-house staff.


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


  • Hourly Wage Range: $23 - $27 per hour
