What we are looking for in an individual:
- Someone who is looking for 2-3 shifts to start with the following availability:
- Tuesday dinner, Friday Lunch, Saturday dinner. 2-3 shifts a week with the opportunity for more shifts should you be interested and as business permits.
- A natural curiosity and interest in learning about Vietnamese culture and food.
- At least 2+ years of NYC bartending experience
- Classic cocktail knowledge is a must
- Beer, wine, liquor, and spirits knowledge a must
- Ideal candidate is: self-motivated, hard-working, organized, friendly, communicates well with their teammates as well as guests
- Has thorough working knowledge of all bar health and safety practices, basic mixology, knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and sake.
