15 Days Shift Training Period
We need: Busy 3days weekend(Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Torishin is seeking an experienced Chef or Assistant Chef for Line cook.
We are specialized in Yakitori (Chicken Skewers). It is one of the unique Japanese cuisines.
We are the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. that has received a star from Michelin for seven consecutive years and 3 Stars from New York Times.
The guests are looking forward to enjoying the Japanese food culture and coming from many countries.
This is a high-end restaurant and is very crowded.
You will be :
Interested in learning Japanese traditional style Yakitori
Line cook Shift 12:30am~22:45pm
Those who could work long-term and have experiences in the food industry, some knowledge in Japanese cuisine or if you are Japanese, will be highly welcomed. Japanese language skill is a big plus but not necessary.
