Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, El Vez brings the vibrant spirit of Mexico’s Baja coast to life at the W Fort Lauderdale. The space is as colorful and lively as its menu, featuring bold design, indoor and outdoor bars, a spacious oceanfront patio, and an atmosphere that’s always full of energy.
El Vez serves creative yet classic Mexican fare with a focus on Baja-style cooking and South Florida’s freshest seafood. Guests enjoy signature margaritas, inventive cocktails, and an impressive selection of mezcals and tequilas.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Servers who are passionate about great food, exceptional hospitality, and creating a fun, memorable dining experience.

Who You Are:
-
1+ year of experience as a Server in a high-volume, well-rated restaurant
-
Strong menu knowledge and ability to communicate confidently with guests
-
Experience using POS systems
-
Familiarity with wine, beer, and classic cocktails
-
A plus: experience with Mexican cuisine
-
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
