Head Bartender

OLHSO Korean Steakhouse, located in San Mateo, is the vision of a South Korean tech company - SHINSTARR. We aim to provide a warm dining experience of Korean Barbeque for our guests with forward thinking technology. OLHSO serves the highest quality USDA Prime beef accompanied by a delicious wine list and a portfolio of Korean inspired cocktails. We are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced bartender to join our passionate hospitality team.

• Provide enlightened service to every guest.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Accurately take and enter orders and communicate flow with management and chefs.
• Knowledge of POS (point of sales) systems.
• Good understanding of wine, beer, classic cocktails.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
• Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
• Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
• Must be of legal age according to CA regulations to serve alcohol (21 years).
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in either Korean and Spanish helps. 
• Food safety certification + TIPS certifications
