Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. Your attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods will be instrumental in making our customer’s daily coffee routine the highlight of their day.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and delivery of fresh baked goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of baking ingredients, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the baking area, including equipment and workstations.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in a similar setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods.
• Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
