We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Barback.

Must have Saturday & Sunday availability between the hours of 3pm-3am.

We are open 7 days a week for happier hour, dinner and weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio. Like our guests and clientele, our team will be a curated collection of innovative thinkers and creative trailblazers.

Summary of Duties:

• Greets guests in a positive, friendly manner, finds commonality and makes them feel welcome
• Aids in proper preparation, stocking, and logging of beverage products
• Aids bartender through all phases of the guest experience at the restaurant
• Aids in the upkeep of the restaurant before, during, and after service
• Exhibits proper knowledge and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Exhibits proper knowledge & service delivery of menu items of every course
• Oversees bar maintenance, coordinates service with fellow team members
• Clearing and resetting of bar seats
• Maintains service stations stocking with silverware, glassware, sharp plates, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc
• Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer and other team member needs
• Maintains cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen condiments and bottled beverages
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies
• Communicates with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs comments or incidents
• Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and Health Department following all health and safety regulations
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
