Job Details
Bread Head sandwich shop is looking for sandwich makers. Responsibilities include assembling ingredients with with precision and accuracy and supporting the kitchen wherever needed. Must be able to maintain an organized and efficient work style in a fast paced restaurant setting. Ideal candidate loves to make (and eat) sandwiches. This position requires an eye for detail and good communication skills.

Best friends chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder first met while running one of LA’s finest kitchens, Michelin star-rated Trois Mec. Among many things, they shared an appreciation for the art of the sandwich and set out to build one that was simple yet refined. They started by crafting their own homemade bread. Next they sourced the best products from around the world while adding purposeful ingredients that work together in concert, taking into account not only flavor but also texture and aroma. Classic sandwiches lovingly composed but satisfyingly simple.
We are opening our first permanent Bread Head location at 1518 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica.
