Overthrow Hospitality is looking for an AM Prep Cook to join our culinary team at our newest location in the L.A. area. We are looking for a hospitality professional with kitchen experience, with a focus on vegetarian/vegan cooking. We are searching for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.You are someone who has a passion for food, and is able to work well with others, all while remaining motivated, energetic and passionate about what we do.
Requirements
- A passion for plant based food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
- Must have open availability
- Must be abie to follow recipes
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
- Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Food handlers certificate is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of similar experience, preferably in a vegan/plant-based restaurant
