Bianca is a restaurant with a bakery offering a menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, French. Work alongside Gianni Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and Federico Fernandez of the Four Seasons at their restaurant, acclaimed by LA Times and named as one of the top restauarants in Los Angeles by Angeleno, Gayot and others.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to…

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival
• Politely manage walk-ins and waiting guest parties
• Leverage our guest management system to seat guests
• Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible (seatings, special events, etc.)
• Inspect tables for proper presentation
• Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name 
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Be able to answer phones
• Communicate clearly & proactively with other staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Assist other FOH staff when needed
• Understand and comply with all CDC and city guidelines regarding sanitary & safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be available on weekends
