Kitchen Management: Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the kitchen.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Cost Management: Develop and manage the kitchen budget, control food costs, and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
