Upper West Side upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff (Servers) We are assembling a team that is committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment.
What we are looking for
Servers -
- Hospitable, Positive Demeanor
- Previous NYC Hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years) in a upscale casual or fine dining
- Food & Beverage (Wine, Spanish Beers, classic Cocktails) Knowledge, Spanish Wines is a plus
- Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with POS (point of sales) system
- Food Safety Knowledge
- Strong communication and listening skills
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
- Flexible availability – must be able to work weekends, holidays, brunch
