Job Description:
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any specials.
- Efficiently handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Understanding and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
