Heirloom at the St. Laurent, New Jersey’s best restaurant of 2022, is seeking qualified candidates for our back of house team! We’re passionate about working with like-minded individuals, creating a healthy work culture, and providing our customers with a consistently excellent experience. We are looking for some rock star line cooks to round out our team. Opportunities are available at every level of experience.  Ultimately, more important than experience, is open mindedness, thoughtfulness, teamwork, attention to detail, and a desire for excellence. Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)

Heirloom @ The St. Laurent offers a three-course prix fixe experience using the freshest local ingredients for New American dining that is globally inspired in our open kitchen.

The food in all our spaces is created by Heirloom Kitchen’s Chef David Viana alongside Executive Chef Josh Pierson. Chef Viana descends from world-class kitchens including Eleven Madison Park and Two Star Michelin restaurant Villa Joya in Portugal. He has been nominated for a James Beard Award (Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic Region 2018) and was also a competitor on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 16: Kentucky.
