Seeking a charismatic and hospitality forward General Manager with the proven ability to mentor and retain a vibrant staff and run a successful food & beverage department where the quality of service and food and beverages are continually monitored and delivered with grace and integrity.
This package includes a competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, and other company benefits.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience in a senior-level role
- At least 2 years of full restaurant P&L management experience; proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom-line profitability
- Experience hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining a diverse hourly staff
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 salaried managers
- Ability to drive performance and success without compromising hospitality and service standards
