We are always interested in speaking with highly qualified FOH General Manager candidates interested in joining our team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of comparable General Manager experience. All candidates, first and foremost, are excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, strong leadership skills, a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized, work well under pressure, have a strong grasp of basic restaurant financials and managing costs, and above all bring a genuine infectious passion and enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
