We are seeking a Kitchen Server to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls.

Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a strong background in service. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night. The Kitchen Server will be responsible for delivering food items to guests in a prompt and efficient manner, and providing a high level of service by giving detailed descriptions of the dishes being served. They will work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for all guests.
