We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our passionate team. This role will collaborate directly with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute our unique and fun establishment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management.
• Upholding high-quality standards for all food and beverage items, maintaining proper health and safety protocols.
• Driving exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work alongside the FOH staff to elevate the understanding of service techniques, food & beverage knowledge
• Interviewing, hiring, and training staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Scheduling of FOH staff
• Enforcing compliance with licensing, health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Experience with event management
• Bartending experience 
• Must be able to work late night bar hours
