Location: New York City

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

Our client

Our client is a renowned, fast-casual seafood restaurant and they are seeking a General Manager to join their team in New York City. They are famous for their award-winning seafood, which is traceable and sustainably caught. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their successful team!

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
• Assist with the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years quick service restaurant experience
• Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills
• Financially astute
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
