Responsibilities entail but are not limited to the following:
- Hiring, training, restaurant staff
- Administrative duties such as but not limited to: inventory, opening & closing procedures, preparing deposits, cash handling, pay outs
- Maintain a safe, secure, healthy work environment for staff
- Ensure all DOH standards are met
- Schedulng
- Ensuring staff is setting up and breaking down restuarant properly
- Guest Satisfaction
- Managing Reservations/Events
- Wine stocking/Liqour organization
- Event Management
