BKLYN Larder is a gourmet specialty foods shop in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We pride ourselves on providing a mix of unique products, excellent quality foods from our kitchen, and exceptional and honest customer service. We sell delicious sandwiches, house-made pastries, high quality provisions and the best cheeses! We are searching for a Shift Leader who possess enthusiasm for food and a willingness to work with your hands and help grow the staff and in store experience. 

We are a small team working together and having a good time selling good food. 

Seeking Full Time or Part Time.  Fridays & Weekends are a must.

YOU:

are friendly, courteous, respectful and outgoing

are passionate about food and willing to learn more

are responsible, reliable, able and willing to jump in where needed

are great with time management, multitasking and a fast learner

have experience in food service -- either in food retail or restaurants/cafes

are able to work weekends

have clean, neat, and efficient work habits

DUTIES:

Provide friendly & knowledgeable customer service (while talking about food!)

Restock shelves, following FIFO 

Maintain & sell cheese! Talk more about food & also beer, coffee, chocolate, salumi, and lots more!

Expedite and pack take out orders for multiple online platforms

Keep the store looking beautiful.
