Positive vibes & ablity to work as a team & support your colleagues is a must. Multi tasking & ability to work a busy hot line composing dishes consistently throughout the shift required. Tasks include but not limited to:
1. Performing prep tasks in timing and consistent manner as assigned
2. Working in accordance with all Chicago health standards, as well as having a current
food handlers certificate.
3. Keeping walk in organized and clean at all times (including consolidation, FIFO)
4. Putting orders away when they arrive in organized manner
5. Washing own dishes when the dishwasher is not scheduled as well as helping when
necessary while the dishwasher is scheduled.
6. Be able to prep/execute all recipes on prep list
7. Perform deep clean task when there is down time, list is provided
8. Take direction from lead line cook as well as kitchen/wholesale managers
9. Maintain standards for quality for all products.
10. Work in a clean and sanitary manner
11. Perform any opening/mid-shift/closing procedures in place
12. Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
