Buzz Bakeshop Seeks an Executive Pastry Chef!  

Buzz Bakeshop has served community guests, restaurants, and wholesale clients in the region for nearly 20 years! We are looking for a chef with both talent and heart to lead the business into its next chapter. Buzz’s next chef will build on our current menu’s offerings with new products; develop our team and processes for greater efficiency, and; work with a supportive team to grow our business through sales, marketing, and programming.   

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

This position requires baking, decorating, and production expertise. Competitive candidates will have experience and success in leadership roles at baking and pastry operations.  They will have a keen understanding of product and labor costs and how to manage them as well as skill in hiring, coaching, and motivating a team of employees.
