Job Title: Pizza Prep Cook
Reports To: Shift lead/ Kitchen Operations Manager
Roberta’s is looking for a prep cook to join our team! We are actively expanding and are looking for talented people to join the family and grow with us!
This is a daytime position and there is a lot to learn here, as well as a lot of room to grow within the company for the right person.
Job Requirements include:
- Following a daily prep list
- Following DOH standards
- Working with farmer’s market produce
- Prep may include daily dough production, handmade mozzarella and fresh pastas
- Punctuality and reliability
- Being detail oriented and organized
- Labeling and storing items properly
- Reporting when food or beverage items are running low to shift lead
- The desire to learn and grow!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience
- Great attitude, respectful and a team player
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in high volume environment
