Culinary Program & Fundamentals:
- Innovative Italian cuisine; exceptional taste & plating for guest presentation & social media
- A la carte dining, delivery services to go & pickup, private parties, chef dinners, wine tastings
- Focus on the exceeding guest expectations
- Menu creation, updating with a focus on industry trends; weekly additions
- Attention to food & labor costs
- Solidify working relationship with FOH to ensure common goals are exceeded
- Sustain current high levels of sanitation, safety & food storage

Foundations
- 5 years minimum experience leading culinary program
- Italian and Mediterranean experience
- Culinary degree preferred; current ServSafe MGR certificate
