Our kitchen will be putting out high-quality New American food with the aim of hitting a nostalgic note with our guests. Our food will be classic and comforting with an elevated twist. Your responsibilities would include: 

• Managing receiving of orders 
• Organizing and putting away orders 
• Organization of walk-in 
• Understanding of our recipes 
• Managing and finishing your individual prep list
• Maintaining excellent knife skills 
• Understanding of fish, poultry, pork, and beef butchery 
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude
