Stewards are responsible for ensuring all china, glassware, silverware, kitchen pots, pans and cooking utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and placed in their designated areas. The Steward must also maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, as well as maintain cleanliness of guest areas (i.e. bathrooms, dining areas, and general gathering areas). We are proud of the teamwork culture we have built at our company, and, thus, team members may be expected to perform other duties to meet business needs, when and where necessary. Weekends are a must.
