The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes and their components for events, as assigned by the Event Chef or Sous chef. They are responsible for preparing, set-up and breakdown, and service of stations during events. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation and adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.
