Counter Service with FOH Food Prep
This role requires exceptional customer service, ability to describe the menu and make suggestions, order entry, payment processing, order execution (food handling), coordination of order pick-up/delivery, and communication with Back of House.
This individual strives to deliver a highly enjoyable dining experience. Engaging with traffic, strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are crucial. A friendly demeanor, ability to work under pressure, and attentiveness to guests’ needs are essential. Prior food service experience with a valid food handlers license is preferred and additional training will be provided. We strive for a high-level of service and to be successful you will possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for our mission to deliver plant-based a la Mexicana to the community.

Availability
Ability to commute to the XMarket Foodhall, located at 804 W. Montrose Ave. Open availability for weekdays and weekends, approximately 25-30 hours, subject to change based on in-house events and functions hosted at XMarket.
Compensation and more details:
- Hourly rate of $18 per hour plus tips, paid weekly.
