Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse culinary team to consistently deliver top-notch catering services
- Craft and execute high-end, composed multi-course meals as well as visually stunning buffet presentations
- Collaborate with the team to utilize existing menus and create new, innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends
- Act as a key representative during client tastings, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each client.
- Maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, and service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end catering or fine dining setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative culinary vision and ability to stay ahead of industry trends
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
