Lead Bartender

Eyval is seeking a Lead Bartender, someone passionate about the industry, exploring new flavors and techniques, and creating consistency within a small team.
- Previous bartending experience required (2+ years Manhattan experience preferred)
- Food Handler's License preferred
- Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays

Duties include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable service to help guide guests through the food and drink menus
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
- Will be required to prepare juice, bar syrups, and garnishes
- Will be required to stock and organize wine and liquor bottles
- Opening/closing duties
- Serve as a leader amongst their colleagues
- Assist with general tasks as specified by GM

Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of recipes and mixing techniques
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Attention to detail in order to create visually appealing drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience creating custom cocktails is a must
- Extensive wine knowledge is a must
