We are looking for an experienced and skilled sushi Chef to join our high-end sushi restaurant. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a sushi Chef and have a passion for creating unique and delicious creations to satisfy our discerning customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve all types of sushi including nigiri, specialty rolls and sashimi
- Ensure all dishes are made to the highest standards in quality and presentation
- Keep up with the latest menu trends and developments Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-end restaurant
- Ability to create new recipes and customize sushi platters
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- A passion for creating the best sushi experience for our customers
