Majority employee-owned Washington DC landmark Tabard Inn, seeks a Sous Chef to help lead its culinary team as it embarks on a full restaurant refresh.

The position will collaborate directly with the property's acclaimed Culinary Partner, Ian Boden of The Shack, in all aspects of kitchen operations including: menu development, daily operations and employee training and retention.

The successful candidate will be a proficient cook and excel at building and maintaining systems.
