We are seeking a personable and gracious Reservationist who will exude warmth and hospitality in a lively, approachable setting. Full-time, open availability and a guest and team first mentality is a must!

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of host or reservations experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
• 1+ years of experience using OpenTable, Resy, or other similar reservation platforms 
• Confident and genuine nature, ability to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and composure
