Looking for an experienced restaurant GM for ongoing Remote PT consulting/mentoring.
I am a restaurant manager and have worked as a Floor Manager and AGM at several NYC restaurants.
I'm now looking to apply for GM positions and need some help from an experienced GM!
The ideal candidate:
1) can coach me on payroll, ordering, COGS, P&L, forecasting
2) is available for ongoing consulting/mentoring as questions come up in my new role
