Looking for an experienced prep cook that is able to start at 11 or 12 during the week and work until 5 to 8 PM.
Miel is a completely scratch kitchen that works with local farm produce and proteins.  The constantly changing menu reqires a fast learner. There are endless opportunities for learning butchering, garde manger, charcuterie and pastry.
Miel has a very professional and calm work environment.
