Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our culinary offerings while contributing to the overall success of Nexus Club.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CDC and Culinary Director in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
- Supervise and lead the kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a high standard of food presentation and taste.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of culinary experience, with a focus on fine dining or private club settings.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Knowledge of current food trends and a passion for creating innovative dishes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
