Job Details
Padel Haus is New York City's premier padel club. Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world! Its origins are traced back to 1969 in Acapulco, Mexico. Padel is also wildly popular in Spain today with about 20,000 padel courts and an estimated six million active players. Behind football, it’s the country’s second-most-popular sport. Padel's an innovative form of tennis that’s fun, easy to learn and extremely sociable. Played as doubles on an enclosed court about a third the size of a tennis court, groups of mixed ages and abilities can play together. Padel is fast-paced and is often described as a mix between tennis and squash. Scoring is the same as tennis, but is played with different rackets and with lower pressure balls.

Padel Haus is currently in two locations, one in Williamsburg and another in DUMBO. We are seeking professional Front Desk Hosts to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the reception area. 


Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties delegated by the General Manager.
  • Court reservations and other program scheduling, player check-ins.
  • Player account maintainence and invoice-related questions.
  • Assist members and guests with questions on the sport, our membership opportunities, and rates.
  • Hosts will greet players upon arrival to the club and answer the front desk phone.
  • Execute sales using Padel Haus POS system for all transactions.
  • Provide ongoing support to members and guests as needed.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $20.00)
