- Equipment Magician: Maintaining and inspecting our kitchen equipment and utensils, you'll recommend repairs or replacements to keep our kitchen running at its best.
- Team Dynamo: Motivate and inspire our team to create a productive and positive work environment. It's not just about cooking; it's about creating culinary magic together!
- Hygiene Virtuoso: You'll ensure the kitchen operates in line with the highest health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards, always maintaining a DOH score of 95 or better.

- Quality Guardian: Before each service, you'll perform food temperature checks to guarantee excellence with every plate.
