Responsibilities:

• Menu development 
• Provide hands-on support by working the line and assisting with food preparation 
• Direct and supervise kitchen operations 
• Oversee food preparation and train all related staff
• Maintain well-stocked inventory & exercise cost control
• Engage with peers that invites interaction and feedback
• Assist with long term plans 
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cooking (knowledge in Asian cuisine recommended but not required) 
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams
• Food safety knowledge
