Job Details
We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a new and exciting ghost kitchen concept in Times Square. Great candidates will have kitchen experience, the willingness and ability to hire and lead a team of 10-15 runners and two shift leads, including scheduling shifts. Solve problems on site and be the boots on the ground for the company.

Sanitation Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, floors, walls, drains, wood, HVAC vents, ceiling fans, air intakes and fixtures as well as restroom areas. 
  • Safely and correctly operates all equipment, uses all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control, adheres to all state and county safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintenance of storage areas, and stocking.
  • Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.
  • Assist other team members when business needs dictate and maintain a favorable working relationship at all times.
  • Be friendly and approachable, with ability to communicate with guests and team members, dressed neatly and professionally.
  • Check in with facility partners to guarantee satisfaction and relay reports to facility management.
  • Demonstrate leadership and job expertise through a positive attitude, initiative and exceptional communication skills.

Food Transportation Responsibilities

  • Run food orders from kitchens to customers quickly and accurately, while upholding sanitation and food safety principles.
  • Utilize organization and self-initiative to facilitate food transportation from kitchens to the central processing area.
  • Check in with customers to guarantee satisfaction and relay reports to restaurant management.


  • 2+ years of restaurant, technical, maintenance or handyman experience
  • 40 hours per week commitment, occasionally including nights or weekends
  • Able to handle customer-facing interactions with kitchens and other stakeholders, promoting a customer-focused environment
  • Proven general knowledge of, including but not limited to, painting, carpentry, drywall patching, plumbing and electrical repair
  • Experienced in a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level restaurant role
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
  • Technical intuition to quickly problem solve
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
  • Strong organizational skills and time management while working independently

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
