* At least Two years of experience working as a line cook/saute in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
* Experience in all meal periods.
* A passion for food and a strong work ethic
* Possess DOH certification - Plus.
* Team player who respects the facility, its equipment, and fellow staff members
Duties:
• Work the line for service
• Keep a clean and organized workstation
• Make sure the station is properly stocked for the shift
• Maintain all necessary parts
• Follow prep sheets, fire sheets, and station sheets
• Prep and execution of food items as needed to meet the restaurant's orders.
• Abide by and uphold company policies, standards, and state
sanitation/health regulations.
• Ensure and maintain safe and secure working conditions/environment, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen facilities and equipment.
