Now, we're seeking an experienced bartender with a passion for crafting memorable beverages and enhancing our customers' dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Craft exceptional cocktails and recommend our unique Natural/Biodynamic wine and spirits offerings to enhance our customers' dining experiences.
- Manage the bar area, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain a team-oriented mindset to contribute to our successful tip pool system.
- Foster a respectful and positive work environment for all coworkers and guests.
- Adhere to high standards of sanitation in compliance with health department standards.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional bartender, preferably in Fine Dining.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail mixing techniques, with a particular focus on Natural/Biodynamic offerings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and maintain a team-oriented mindset.
- A track record of creating a respectful, positive work environment.
- A strong understanding of current sanitation practices and health department standards.
- Must hold a valid California Food Handler Card & RBS Certificate.

The menu will feature dishes from Chef Sri's childhood things he enjoyed from street carts, toddy shops, carnivals, weddings, festivals, seafood barbecues and shacks on the beach from his native Kerala. Preparations that have their roots in family traditions, and recipes passed on by his grandmother, mother, mother-in-law, and aunts. Copra will source fresh local spices from the coastal regions in combination with fresh heirloom seasonal ingredients from Northern California. Local delicacies made with fermented rice and grains like Appams (Hopper) and Toddy flatbreads will be highlights.
