Job Description:
- Greet customers and embody company principals.
- Provide high quality service with professional conduct.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and efficiently sell/push items daily.
- Meticulously cook USDA Prime, Wagyu and Berkshire meats for guests.
- Handle multiple tables.
- Efficiently balance time and service in their respective sections.
- Sanitize, set-up and prepare restaurant for service during opening shifts.
- Coordinate with back-of-house staff to be updated on daily menu item abilities.
- Run food to appropriate tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Organize and clean for restaurant closing during closing shifts.
- Have steadfast progression in ability and knowledge.
- Coordinate with your team of servers to effectively plan daily server operations.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multitask.

- Proficiency in test-taking and information retention.
- Knowledge in food-handling and service.
- Ability to work with a team.
