Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to ensure a cohesive and high-performing culinary department.
- Develop and execute creative, high-quality Italian-inspired menus for a la carte dining and private events.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation, presentation, and taste.
